**Project Manager Compliance Initiative**
**Location:** Tulsa, OK
**Hours:** 20–30 hours per week
**Duration:** Approximately 3 months
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced **Policy & Compliance Project Manager** to support key projects in **Safety** , **Human Resources** , and organization-wide **policy development** . This role is ideal for an individual with strong project management skills and a background in compliance, accreditation, or operations.
This position reports directly to the **CAO** and will play a critical role in driving alignment with **CARF accreditation standards** .
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Develop and maintain a master project plan aligned with CARF standards and timelines
+ Lead workstreams related to Safety, HR, and policy creation (drafting, redlining, version control, stakeholder engagement)
+ Coordinate subject matter experts, facilitate work sessions, and document decisions, risks, and action items
+ Prepare audit-ready materials, including documentation, artifacts, and leadership updates
+ Establish and manage a 30-day cadence for reporting, metric tracking, and course correction
**Ideal Candidate Profile**
**Minimum of 5 years of project management experience; PMP or Agile certification preferred**
+ Experience with accreditation and compliance frameworks (CARF, Joint Commission, ISO, etc.) strongly preferred
+ Familiarity with HR and Safety policies and frameworks
+ Strong documentation and organizational skills with a focus on detail and consistency
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet)
+ Effective communicator and facilitator with strong change-management capabilities
