This role is responsible for guiding projects from planning through execution, aligning stakeholders, managing risks, and ensuring successful delivery in support of key business priorities.
This position is in an office environment with a hybrid work schedule. Eligible employees can work from home up to one day each week.

Lead end-to-end delivery of cross-functional projects from initiation through execution and closeoutApply Spectrum’s project management processes to ensure timely, high-quality and budget-conscious deliveryMonitor and allocate resources, proactively identifying and managing project risksCollect and analyze data to track costs, performance and service levels, driving projects toward successful outcomesCommunicate with stakeholders to coordinate efforts, provide status updates and gather feedback for improvementBuild consensus among stakeholders to guarantee project implementation meets established objectivesIdentify dependencies, constraints, and risks across business units and proactively mitigate themEscalate delays and performance gaps quickly and decisively to maintain project momentumWhat You’ll Bring to Spectrum
Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent work experienceExperience
1+ year of project management experienceSkills
