工作职责 / Key Responsibilities
负责北美/全球 NPD/NTP/VAVE/Supply 项目。负责项目从立项、规划、执行、监控到收尾的全生命周期管理。
Lead North America/Global NPD/NTP/VAVE/Supply projects. Lead the full lifecycle of projects from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, to closure.
负责北美大型商用机Parts and supply 的项目集管理工作，和NPD/VAVE等项目团队合作，完成新产品售后零件设置，老产品售后零件替代等售后项目的管理工作。
Responsible for managing the North America Chiller Parts and Supply portfolio and collaborating with the NPD/VAVE, etc. groups to manage the aftermarket projects, including new spare parts setting up and sunset products supersession, etc.
制定项目计划，包括范围、进度、成本、质量、资源和风险管理方案。
Develop project plans covering scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources, and risk management.
组织项目相关会议，跟踪项目进展，识别并解决风险和问题。
Lead project meetings, monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and drive timely resolution.
跨部门协调与沟通，确保项目按时、按质、按预算交付。
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-quality, and on-budget delivery.
定期向管理层汇报项目状态，包括关键里程碑、风险和资源使用情况。
Provide regular project status updates to management, including milestones, risks, and resource utilization.
本科及以上学历，工程、制冷技术类专业优先。
Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in engineering and refrigeration engineering technology.
510 年工作经验。5 年以上工业工程领域项目管理经验，有跨国团队协作经验尤佳。
510 years of working experience. 5+ years of project management experience in industrial engineering, with multinational collaboration exposure is better.
具备优秀的沟通协调能力，问题解决能力。
Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
英文流利，能够与海外团队无障碍沟通。
Fluent English for effective communication with global teams.
熟练使用项目管理工具（例如 MS Project等）。
Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project, etc.
持有 PMI 证书尤佳。
Prefer to have PMI certification
