Project ManagerJob Summary

Lead projects from inception to completion delivering exceptional outcomes while building strong client relationships and fostering collaborative team environments. Manage project planning, budgets, and quality control while driving continuous improvement and innovative project management practices.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Management

Successfully manage and lead projects from inception to completion ensuring highest quality delivery within timelines and budgetsDevelop comprehensive project plans, track progress, and proactively identify and mitigate risks and issuesImplement robust quality control measures ensuring project deliverables meet highest standards and client expectationsManage multiple projects simultaneously with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

Stakeholder & Team Leadership

Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members ensuring effective communication throughout project lifecycleLead and motivate project teams fostering culture of collaboration and empowering individuals to achieve best performanceEnsure high levels of team engagement and performance through effective leadership

Budget & Financial Management

Track project finances ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints and provide accurate cost forecastsMonitor project costs and implement cost control measures throughout project lifecycle

Continuous Improvement

Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement innovative project management practicesDrive continuous improvement initiatives and leverage digital tools and technologiesRequired Qualifications

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field4-6 years' experience in project management, preferably in real estate or construction industry

Technical Competencies

Proficiency in project management softwareStrong knowledge of project management principles and best practicesUnderstanding of project planning, budget management, and quality control processes

Core Competencies

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build and maintain diverse stakeholder relationshipsProven ability to lead and motivate project teamsExceptional organizational skills and attention to detailStrong problem-solving and decision-making capabilitiesPreferred Qualifications

Advanced Certifications & Experience

Professional certification in project management (PMP)Experience working in global and matrixed organizationDemonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and learning

Specialized Knowledge

Knowledge of industry-specific building codes, regulations, and sustainability standardsFamiliarity with digital tools and technologies in project managementUnderstanding of innovative project management practices and process improvement methodologies

Leadership & Adaptive Skills

Advanced problem-solving and decision-making skillsAbility to adapt quickly to changing priorities in fast-paced environmentExperience driving continuous improvement initiatives and implementing best practicesWorking Conditions

Professional office and project site environment requiring flexibility for site visits, client meetings, and project demands. Position supports collaborative culture with opportunities for career growth and advancement in global organization.
