This is a complex IT and business project that includes the implementation of a new core solution, integration with existing systems, and the optimization and digitalization of user processes. The IT Project Manager will be responsible for the overall planning, coordination, and execution of the project—from initial analysis and solution selection, through implementation and data migration, to system stabilization and transition into regular operations.

Main responsibilities:
Leading a two-year end-to-end project for replacing the core system in the medical software domain
Creating and maintaining a detailed project plan, roadmap, and key milestones
Coordinating internal IT teams and business users
Actively collaborating with business stakeholders on the digitalization and optimization of user processes
Managing external vendors and implementation partners
Planning and overseeing data migration, integrations with existing systems, and testing phases
Managing project risks, dependencies, and changes
Monitoring the project budget, resources, and costs, and regularly reporting to key stakeholders
Organizing and facilitating project meetings and workshops
Ensuring high-quality documentation and knowledge transfer after implementation
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (BSc/MSc) in IT, computer science, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing complex IT projects
Experience in implementing or replacing core/enterprise systems
Experience working with external vendors and multiple stakeholders
Good understanding of IT architecture, integrations, and the software development lifecycle
Experience with project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid approaches)
Strong communication and organizational skills, with a high level of independence and accountability
Preferred qualifications:
PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or similar certification
Experience with large-scale data migration projects
Experience or interest in digitalizing user processes
Understanding of business processes and user experience (UX / customer journey)
Experience working on projects in the medical or healthcare software domain
