A regional WA organization is delivering a $200M multi?year works program and is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the team.

The Projects
You will be contributing to the delivery of several upcoming major works across:
Essential services infrastructure
Community and recreational facilities
Residential development programs
Large-scale redevelopment projects
The Role: Project Manager
You will oversee a portfolio of capital works from early development through to handover, ensuring quality outcomes and on-time delivery. Key responsibilities include:
Managing contractors and consultants across multiple concurrent projects
Coordinating design, procurement, scheduling, risk management, and reporting
Conducting site coordination, progress monitoring, and quality checks
Ensuring compliance with Australian building standards and local regulations
Preparing project documentation, presentations, and stakeholder updates
Maintaining momentum, driving project urgency and accountability
Ideal background:
Strong contractor?side or client?side project delivery experience
Ability to manage complex projects in regional or remote settings
Experience across civil, infrastructure, or building projects
Wastewater or utilities experience highly regarded (not essential)
