NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Remote Project Manager to join our team to lead a shortterm project (Approx 3 months) supporting access changes associated with retiring functionality within internal applications. This project supports HR and Security teams as they transition users off the legacy system and implement new access workflows. This role requires someone who can quickly establish structure, organize stakeholders, and drive readiness activities. This project manager will not need technical knowledge of the custom-built applications, but must be comfortable coordinating across HR, Security, and various crossfunctional teams. NOTE: May travel to Indianapolis for key program testing, work sessions, or golive activities. Responsibilities -Serve as the daytoday Project Manager for the accessretirement effort. -Apply structure, organization, and planning to a project currently being supported by senior leaders with limited bandwidth. -Manage timelines, deliverables, risks, and issues; escalate as needed. -Coordinate closely with HR, Security, and technical teams to track progress and ensure alignment. -Lead Organizational Readiness activities, including stakeholder communications, change management tasks, and identifying training needs. -Support development and organization of training sessions for impacted users. -Facilitate crossfunctional meetings with business stakeholders and program directors. -Partner with technical SMEs for system impacts; no custom application knowledge required. -Prepare and maintain project documentation, Smartsheet trackers, slides, and status report Required Experience + 2+ years prior experience as an IT or business project manager. + 2+ years prior experience with: Smartsheets, Google Sheets & Google Slides and Google Suite collaboration tools Preferences: Familiarity with ServiceNow is helpful Ability to work with crossfunctional groups, connect dependencies, and structure work. PMI or PMP certification preferred Proven ability to organize complex workstreams and drive execution independently. Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholdermanagement skills. Selfstarter who works ahead of the team to manage risks and issues. Education Bachelor’s degree preferred OR equivalent relevant experience. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position is eligible for company benefits that will depend on the nature of the role offered.
