Job Description Summary

This role is responsible for the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work of a building under construction. Also having sound understanding of the impact of the mechanical, electrical and plumbing settings within the construction process.

About the Role:

Review SLDs, load lists, cable schedules and technical submittals.Oversee installation of transformers, switchgear, MCC, cabling.Conduct FAT/SAT, testing & commissioning activities.Ensure compliance with IE rules, IEC/IS standards.Coordinate with instrumentation, mechanical and civil teams

About You:

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering10+ years of relevant experienceShould have completed at least 1-2 Projects of Chemical manufacturing/ chemical/ industrial end to end during the tenure.Proven experience as a Understanding of various contract types, terms, and conditions, or similar role in the construction industryStrong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to construction contracts.Proficiency in identify, assess, and mitigate potential contractual risksExcellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracyEffective communication and negotiation abilitiesAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with relevant construction contracts, regulations, and industry standards
