Project Manager
Ø Purpose of Position 
-    The job incumbent is responsible for managing the construction project in-terms of Quality, Time and Cost.
    
Ø Major Responsibilities Review and monitor the project schedule. Review and verify teh bill generated by contractor  Review and monitor inventory of the project.  Review and monitor HSE plan for th project. Coordinate with contractor, Client and BV office.   Adherence to Codes and Standards (Knowledge of Codes and Standards), Piling / Foundation, RCC
Review of QAP & Quality Manual
Follow BV TQR Policies and HSE Requirements. 

Ø Criteria for Performance Evaluation (KPIs)
-    Client relationship – Retention and Growth.
-    Cost control
-    Compliance of internal and external guidelines, policies, procedures.
-    Internal and external customer service satisfaction (e.g. number of complaints)
-    Development and management of human resources

Ø Qualification and Experience
-    B. Sc in Civil with minimum 6-8 years of relevant experience.     

Ø    Skills& Qualities:

-    Excellent interpersonal skills. 
-    An intrinsic Task Master. 
-    Should have good leadership abilities and skills.
-    Should have a pleasing personality
