SiliconExpert is seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Project lead/Project Manager to lead and support the delivery of our professional services projects. The ideal candidate will manage the full project lifecycle, working closely with cross-functional teams, customers, and stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality, and customer-aligned solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage Professional Services projects with a focus on execution, coordination, and customer satisfactionDefine, track, and manage project scope, timelines, risks, and deliverablesLead the implementation of custom solutions tailored to customer objectivesEnsure quality assurance of deliverables in alignment with project scopeFacilitate effective meetings with internal stakeholders and customer teamsCommunicate clearly and effectively across departments and with external partnersProvide regular project updates and performance reports to stakeholders and leadershipOversee project progress, monitor KPIs, and flag potential risks proactivelyTrack and resolve customer feedback with a strong focus on satisfactionEnhancing solutions based on customer feedback and evolving needsTranslate customer experience insights into product and engineering feedback loopsCollaborate closely with Sales to ensure exceptional service delivery and maintain high customer satisfactionUnderstand the full suite of professional services offerings and help identify upselling opportunities aligned with customer needsDelivering projects on time or ahead of schedule, maintaining high quality standardsConduct post-delivery evaluations based on deliverables’ completeness, quality standards, and customer survey feedback

Required Skills and Qualifications:

3+ years of proven experience managing internal or customer-facing projectsWorking knowledge with tools like Jira, Redmine, Confluence, and the MS Office SuiteStrong ability to manage cross-functional communication and collaborationProven experience in customer-facing environments and handling feedback effectivelyExcellent organizational and time-management skillsAbility to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writingAbility to lead both technical and non-technical discussions.Work under pressure and Ability to work on tight deadlines.Familiarity with quality assurance practices in service delivery is a plusExperience in the electronics industry and component-level data services is a plusExperience in creating data services analytics reports is a plusPMP or equivalent certification is a plus

Education:

 B.E. In Electronics, or Electrical engineering is a must.
