We are looking for a Project Manager to join our R&D PMO department and play a key role in coordinating and delivering cross‑functional R&D projects—from early development all the way to regulatory approval. In this role, you will act as a central connector across scientific, technical, regulatory, and business teams, ensuring clear communication, aligned timelines, proactive risk management, and seamless execution throughout every phase of development. Join our PMO team as a Project Manager and help drive meaningful, high‑impact R&D initiatives that shape the future of our innovation pipeline.
Key responsibilities:
Coordination, organization and execution of R&D projects from nomination to regulatory approval and marketing authorization Plans project programs by integrating and linking the engineering, research/development, regulatory, quality, clinical and other activities to meet required business and financial goals Prepares and manages risk/issues assessment logs to recommend mitigation plans Facilitates communication between departments as necessary to ensure project/program transparency
What we expect:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Engineering, or a related field 3 to 5 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, including at least 1 year in project management Familiarity with drug development phases and regulatory pathways (EU/US/RoW) Experience in budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and project documentation is an advantage Strong planning, organizational, and prioritization skills Excellent communication, facilitation, and persuasion skills Proactive problem-solver with strong attention to detail and accountability Experienced in MS Office and project management tools Fluent in English, both spoken and written
