Job Description:

Parsons is anticipating the need for a Project Manager to join our team and support on a complex infrastructure project in Dublin.

The Project Manager will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of all package activities within a metro project. This includes supporting the management and coordination of key stakeholders across all project phases including design, planning, procurement, construction, and operations.

 

What You'll Be Doing: 

Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of project delivery from concept through to completion.Define and manage project scope, budget, programme, and resources.Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including designers, engineers, contractors, and specialists.Monitor progress, manage risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain programme, cost, and quality.Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, planning, and procurement requirements.Manage interfaces between work packages and systems to ensure effective integration.Lead stakeholder engagement and provide clear, regular progress reporting.Oversee quality assurance, site activities, and issue resolution.Manage contract delivery within a wider programme environment, including change control and reporting.Promote collaboration, continuous improvement, and best practice across the project team.

What Required Skills You'll Bring: 

10+ years of project delivery experience, including 5+ years on high-value metro, rail, or complex infrastructure projects.Demonstrable qualifications within an appropriate field (ex. engineering) at NFQ Level 6 or 7.Proven construction management experience.Strong commercial and financial awareness within a project or package environment.Experience working with NEC contracts.Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage complex stakeholder environments.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring: 

Relevant project or construction management certification (e.g. PMP, CCM or equivalent)Appropriate health and safety trainingProfessional registration or chartership (or working towards)Membership of a recognized professional institution (e.g. MAPM, IPM or equivalent)

 

Note: This position is contingent upon project award and future funding, this exciting new opportunity is planned to commence in Spring 2026.
