Job Description Overview Our client, a leading organization in the telecommunications industry, is seeking 2–3 experienced Project Managers to support large scale initiatives across Datacenter, Wi Fi, Technology Deployments, Fiber Buildouts, and AI/Automation programs. These PMs will lead projects through the full lifecycle—from planning and budgeting to execution and delivery—while managing multiple cross functional workstreams in a fast paced, evolving environment. Day to Day Responsibilities • Manage full project lifecycle including planning, scheduling, execution, delivery, and post implementation review. • Oversee multiple concurrent projects (3–4+ at a time). • Develop annual forecasts and manage project budgets. • Coordinate with technical teams across datacenter, Wi Fi, fiber buildout, and related technology deployments. • Support AI/Automation project initiatives and integration activities. • Lead Agile ceremonies and ensure Agile best practices are followed. • Create project documentation, timelines, dashboards, and progress reports. • Communicate project status and risks to leadership and stakeholders. • Influence and lead cross functional teams without direct authority. • Proactively identify issues, escalate risks, and drive resolutions. • Utilize Smartsheets as the primary PM platform for project tracking, intake, reporting, and dashboards. • Maintain documentation within Confluence and Microsoft Project; collaborate with technical teams using Jira. Skills and Requirements Must Haves • 5+ years of Project Management experience (telecom or technology environments preferred). • Experience managing projects in Datacenter, Wi Fi, Technology Deployment, Fiber Buildout, or AI/Automation. • Ability to manage 3–4+ projects simultaneously. • Budgeting and forecasting experience. • Strong Agile or waterfall background • Smartsheet’s expertise (primary PM tool). • Experience with Confluence and Microsoft Project. • Strong communicator with highly positive and adaptable demeanor. • Ability to lead indirectly and influence stakeholders across levels. • PMP or Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt (one required, both preferred). • Bachelor’s degree required. • Ability to work onsite in Fort Lauderdale 2–3x/week plus 1 full week/month onsite.
