Project Manager
**Position Summary:** To manage projects related to Real Estate and Penske’s enterprise IWMS solution, TRIRIGA. To ensure project-related tasks are being completed by associates and reporting out to leadership on project progress. To manage and create content, which includes documentation of projects, processes, and TRIRIGA reporting. Using project management tools to plan and manage projects. **Major Responsibilities:** • Manage multiple TRIRIGA related projects using project management skills that include developing and maintaining a project plan, requirements gathering, business case and charter development through understanding internal and external customer needs, critical date monitoring, key milestone measurement, and communication. • Work with business process owners to define the specific project requirements and deliverables and translate those requirements to IT requests and work with IT through development, testing, and deployment. • Monitor all project activity, budget and resources to ensure the project remains on schedule, within budget, and that no rework is required. • Effectively communicate the project status, roles, scope changes, issues and risks to all project participants. • Understand, support and apply standard project management tools as applicable. • Champion TRIRIGA throughout the organization by understanding currently used functionality and being proactive in learning new and expanded functionality. Attend IBM product calls and conferences. Develop relationships with TRIRIGA vendors and other companies using TRIRIGA. • Use TRIRIGA knowledge to identify process improvement opportunities that better align with TRIRIGA best practices. • Develop an inventory of training documents related to core processes. Assist with training when new system functionality is being implemented. Monitor IBM release notes to understand impact of changing functionality on end user processes. • Develop user requested reporting in TRIRIGA using TRIRIGA advanced reporting tools such as Kurve. • Other projects and tasks as assigned **Qualifications:** • Bachelor's degree required • Black Belt Certification preferred, not required • PMP Certification preferred, not required • Minimum 3 years of experience leading projects, supervising or coordinating team projects. • Minimum 3 years of experience managing technical solutions and projects. • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office • Microsoft Project Manager experience preferred • Ability to lead and manage, creating good working relationships with a team • Good communication skills both written and verbal • Ability to navigate the maze of people needed to make projects successful • Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job • Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening are required. **Physical Requirements:** • The physical and mental demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
