Tammy Boyko and Carlan Wilbon with Aplin are seeking an experienced Project Manager for their client in Winnipeg to lead and deliver complex healthcare transformation projects. This role requires strong expertise in project management, organizational change management, and healthcare delivery environments, with a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, clinical stakeholders, and executive leadership.
The successful candidate will bring hands-on experience delivering technology-enabled transformation initiatives, applying structured change management approaches, and ensuring sustainable adoption of new processes and systems within acute care settings.
Valid Prosci (ADKAR) Organizational Change management certification and valid PMP certification are required for this onsite term role in Winnipeg.

Manage cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams, ensuring alignment across business, clinical, and technical stakeholders
Apply organizational change management (OCM) principles, including organizational readiness assessments and adoption planning
Utilize the Prosci (ADKAR) methodology to support effective change and stakeholder engagement
Work directly with clinical stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business and functional requirements
Oversee technology solution implementations in healthcare environments, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and workflow design
Develop and implement business architecture and strategic roadmaps for acute care facilities
Provide coaching and mentorship to project team members and practitioners
Ensure quality assurance of project deliverables and monitor post-implementation impacts
Prepare and present project updates, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership and executive stakeholders
Other duties as assigned QualificationsValid Prosci (ADKAR) Organizational Change Management Certificate is required Valid Project Management certificate is requiredBachelor's degree in Health, Science, or Engineering is requiredValid Prince2 or PMI project management certificate is required 10+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams on business transformation projects, including analysis, design, and implementation with at least one project within a healthcare environment5+ years of experience leading organizational change management activities, including organizational readiness assessments with at least one project following the Prosci methodology5+ years of experience leading business transformation initiatives focused on adoption of best practices, coaching and mentoring, quality assurance, and post-implementation impact monitoring5+ years of experience working with clinical stakeholders to elicit and document requirements and translate them into business process solutions in a healthcare setting1+ year of experience implementing technology solutions in a healthcare environment, including requirements gathering and process flow development1+ year of experience developing and implementing business architecture and strategic roadmaps for acute care facilities, including direct engagement with senior leaders and executivesCriminal record check is required
