Activities

The Project Manager position is responsible for:

Ensure compliance with local regulatory and Company Rules, Policies, StandardsCoordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless depot and warehouse operations.Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize depot and warehouse efficiency.Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.Manage budget allocations and financial reporting of all sites.Support audits and assessment preparation and actions.Manage project and maintenance to achieve operational excellence.

Purpose:

Ensure compliance with local regulatory and Company Rules, Policies, Standards.Develop and implement the innovative solutions to address operational challenges.Ensure the logistics strategies and development are accomplished.Promote operational excellence.Ensure effectiveness of the budget allocations management.
