Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Project Manager to join our team!

What You'll Be Doing:

Managing end-to-end infrastructure project delivery (scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk)Coordinating and collaborating with all disciplines (engineering, design, and stakeholders)Monitoring project progress and preparing regular status reportsEnsuring compliance with relevant standards, codes, and client requirementsSupporting procurement, contract administration, and change managementFacilitating meetings, resolving issues, and driving decisions to keep projects on track

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

15 years of experience in infrastructure project management (Urban, roads, utilities, bridges, or similar)Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practicesExperience coordinating multi‑disciplinary design and construction teamsFamiliarity with relevant infrastructure Saudi standards, codes, and regulationsStrong communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management skillsProven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and project risksStrong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilitiesFluency in spoken and written English; Arabic is an advantage (if relevant to region)

Strong client-facing and business development experienceAbility to mentor and develop junior engineers and project staff
