Job Description
This position serves as a bridge between Services, Sales, and clients to maintain delivery standards and thrives in a dynamic environment, requiring strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
Serve as a liaison between Services, Sales, and clients to support service delivery.Hold signature and execution authority for Statements of Work (SOWs) within contract thresholds.Manage full lifecycle operational engagement and project management activities.Ensure timely and accurate recognition of revenue and costs.Initiate resource fulfillment requests.Resolve escalated customer service issues strategically.Provide actionable intelligence and data insights to Services Managers.Develop trusted partnerships with assigned Services Managers.Approve time and expense entries and invoicing in systems.Initiate and approve financial documents such as invoices and credit memos.Participate in tool and process improvement initiatives.Communicate Services engagement methodology and best practices.Support Services Management vision, goals, and strategies.Job Type & Location

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
