Seeking a Project Manager, **Danish speaker** , to develop marine automation, deliver projects, solve customer challenges, and improve market position. As part of our dedicated Engineering & Development (E&D) team, you will collaborate with skilled colleagues and external partners across Europe, Asia, and the Americas. Together, we build and deliver strategically important projects that define the future of our industry. Applicants must reside within a practical commuting distance.** **In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** You will act as **Project Manager** on new product development projects with global cross-functional teams. Your responsibilities will include: + Lead cross-functional project teams – drive progress and motivate team + Tailor project methods to focus on value creation and risk management + Coordinating with interested parties in a complex matrix organization + Drive innovation processes and lead feasibility studies + Promote continuous improvement and knowledge sharing + Handling and coordinating internal and external development partners + Writing specifications, test protocols, and documentation + Supporting compliance and certification processes (E10, EMC, IECEx, ATEX, Type Approval) You will play a key role in making our project execution more efficient, introducing new ways of thinking, and ensuring customer and business value in everything we do. **Who You Are:** You are driven by innovation and motivated to build solutions that exceed customer expectations.
