About the role
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager – Infrastructure to support and execute key initiatives within our IT Infrastructure organization. Reporting to the Program Manager – Infrastructure, this role will be responsible for coordinating and delivering infrastructure projects involving cloud, on-premises, networking, data center technologies, and enterprise platforms. The ideal candidate excels at driving project execution, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring delivery outcomes align with program-level strategies and business needs.
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end delivery of infrastructure projects within larger programs, ensuring alignment with scope, requirements, and timelines.Translate business and technical requirements into actionable project plans, schedules, and deliverables.Coordinate project resources, including internal teams, external partners, and shared services.Track project progress, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating to the Program Manager as needed.Support initiatives such as cloud migrations, data center modernization, enterprise networking upgrades, storage initiatives, and security infrastructure enhancements.Prepare project documentation, including status reports, dashboards, RAID logs, and change requests.Facilitate effective communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.Ensure cross-team alignment, drive collaboration, and help resolve conflicts to maintain project momentum.Identify and mitigate project risks that could impact scope, schedule, or infrastructure stability.Ensure projects adhere to compliance, regulatory, and security requirements.Support change management, operational readiness, and handoff to support teams.Assist in vendor coordination, contract adherence, and performance tracking.Champion consistent project management practices and contribute to continuous improvement within the Infrastructure PMO.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.3–5+ years of experience managing IT infrastructure projects.Experience delivering projects such as cloud migration, network upgrades, virtualization, data center consolidation, M365 initiatives, or disaster recovery improvements.Strong understanding of core IT infrastructure domains (cloud, networking, compute, storage, virtualization, security, end-user computing).Familiarity with ITIL, Agile, and hybrid delivery methodologies.Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow).Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and manage shifting priorities.Preferred Qualifications

Working conditions & physical requirements
This will be a hybrid role required to be onsite at the corporate office on specified days. The work environment generally involves everyday risks or discomforts which require normal safety precautions typical of such places as offices, meeting and training rooms, retail stores, and residences or commercial vehicles, e.g., use of safe work practices with office equipment, avoidance of trips and falls, observance of fire regulations and traffic signals, etc. The work area is adequately lighted, heated, and ventilated.
The work is sedentary; however, occasional travel to company locations may be required. Typically, the employee may sit comfortably to do the work. However, there may be some walking; standing; bending; carrying of light items such as papers, files, books, small parts; using a keyboard, driving an automobile, etc. No special physical demands are required to perform the work.
