Job Description 🌟 Role Overview The Project Manager will lead and deliver strategic initiatives within the Treasury Payment Solutions division of Commercial Banking. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring alignment with PMO standards, and driving successful outcomes across multiple initiatives such as payment modernization, digital transformation, compliance, and operational efficiency. 🔑 Key Responsibilities Project Leadership: Plan, execute, and oversee treasury payment solution projects from initiation to closure. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business, operations, technology, compliance, and external vendors to ensure project objectives are met. PMO Governance: Adhere to PMO frameworks, methodologies (Agile/Waterfall), and reporting standards. Risk & Issue Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks while proactively resolving project issues. Budget & Timeline Control: Manage project budgets, track financials, and ensure delivery within scope, schedule, and cost constraints. Process Improvement: Recommend and implement enhancements to payment processes, systems, and workflows. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure projects meet regulatory and audit requirements relevant to treasury and payment operations. Communication: Provide clear, concise updates to senior management and stakeholders through dashboards, reports, and presentations.
