Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Project Manager for one of our large financial clients. This individual will be embedded within the PMO of a line of business focused on Global Markets operations work. The role will center around creating and managing strategic plans and initiatives that span sub-LOBs. This individual will be working to understand these various priorities/workstreams/initiatives in order to establish where synergies may lie, help prioritize things, identify measures of success, and adapt to a dynamic environment as time passes. They’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including technology, operations, compliance, and legal to ensure all change efforts are executed with precision and in alignment with enterprise standards. We’re looking for someone who is a strong communicator, highly organized, and confident leading complex initiatives independently. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable navigating ambiguity while keeping projects on track. This role will be located at our client’s facility in Charlotte, NC with a 3 day in-office hybrid work schedule. Skills and Requirements • 5+ years in a Project/Program Management role or Consulting role, with experience in strategic planning o Experience in financial services o Experience managing large and complex programs • Excellent communication – both written and verbal • Self-starter, independent worker who can take charge and run with projects/programs with minimal supervision and oversight Previous experience working in Global Markets operations at a large financial institution
