Job Title: Project/Program Manager IJob Description
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Project/Program Manager to support our traffic operations team in executing advertising for live events. This role offers the opportunity to work with one of the most advanced portfolios in live sports and events streaming.
Responsibilities
+ Support the traffic operations team in executing advertising for live events.
+ Manage ad trafficking for live sports and live events, ensuring accurate setup and trafficking of ads.
+ Utilize Excel for data management, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions.
+ Maintain the system and organizational processes for ad trafficking.
+ Adapt to both collaborative and independent work environments, receiving guidance before completing tasks independently.
Essential Skills
+ 3-5 years of experience in ad trafficking.
+ Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
+ Knowledge of the broadcast or streaming platform industry.
+ Understanding or passion for sports.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with Wide Orbit is advantageous.
+ Bachelor's degree is beneficial but not required.
Work Environment
This role requires onsite work for five days a week with hybrid flexibility. The schedule is either Monday to Friday from 12 PM to 8 PM or 4 PM to 12 AM, with in-office expectations during normal business hours (9 AM - 5 PM). Remote work is possible outside of these hours. You will be working in a dynamic environment with exposure to tech and product knowledge, collaborating with a global team to support a high volume of live events.

This is a Contract position based out of Denver, CO.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $37.00/hr.
