Job Description

This role is located in our Katowice office with a hybrid work system.

You will report directly to PM and Digital Manager.

Your Responsibilities: Manage the creation, development, execution, and closure of projects/Epics under the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and Common Product Development (CPD) process, ensuring alignment with budget and schedule.Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with third-party service providers and suppliers, maintaining clear communication and project visibility.Identify and mitigate project risks proactively, including contingency planning.Prepare and negotiate project change requests with stakeholders.Organize and lead internal project reviews.Present project status, cost, schedule updates, and lessons learned to stakeholders and management.

The Essentials - You Will Have: Bachelor's Degree in engineeringMinimum 5 years of experience in development engineering role for new products or softwareMinimum 3 years of experience in a project management role for new products or softwareLegal authorization to work in the country that you will be employed in. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.Knowledge of PMI standards and project management best practicesTravel 5% of time

The Preferred - You Might Also Have: Experience managing complex technical projects in schedule, cost, and scope.Strong business and financial acumen.Ability to coordinate technical issues across multiple functional areas.SAFe certifications (Scrum Master, RTE, SA) or PMP certification.Ability to lead multiple projects and resolve resource conflicts.Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.Proven ability to report status across teams and to senior leadership.Ability to apply business metrics to track performance.Demonstrated action-oriented approach and problem-solving skills.
