Our client, a Top 5 Canadian Bank, is looking to hire a Senior Project Manager for a 9-month contract (with potential extension or conversion to FTE). This is a hybrid position based in Toronto.

Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end delivery of business-driven projects within Commercial & Business Banking, focusing on cash management enhancements for large corporate clients. Manage, develop, and maintain project plans aligned to business strategy, ensuring strong governance and executive visibility. Drive the development, socialization, and execution of the Salesforce CRM roadmap, working closely with senior business leaders.

Must-Have Skills:

8-10+ years of experience as a Business Project Manager leading large, cross-functional initiatives. 5+ years of hands-on functional experience in cash management, ideally supporting corporate/commercial banking clients. 5+ years of experience delivering Salesforce CRM or similar CRM-related initiatives. 8+ years of executive-facing project management, including senior stakeholder engagement and reporting. Strong ability to manage ambiguity, apply critical thinking, and align project delivery with business strategy. Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience with ECRM initiatives or digital client engagement platforms. Familiarity with commercial banking products, processes, and operational workflows.
