**Date Posted:** 2025-11-06 **Country:** Singapore **Location:** 1053: 9 Seletar Aerospace Link, Singapore **Position Role Type:** Unspecified **Responsibilities** + Project Planning & Coordination: + Develop and execute the overall project plan, including timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables. + Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient project success. + Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies with functional leads to manage the risks. + Budget & Resource Management: + Develop and manage the project budget with the functional leads, ensuring all costs stay within budget + Track procurement processes and ensure all equipment, machinery and services are acquired on schedule. + of machinery, safety protocols, and adherence to quality standards. + Risk Management & Compliance: + Ensure all local and company regulations are met. + Address and resolve any challenges related to global trade compliance, ethics and safety standards. + Communication & Reporting: + Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, challenges, and risk escalation. + Serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders throughout the project. **Key Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Project Management, or a related field. + **Experience:** + Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years of experience in managing large-scale projects. + Proven experience in managing multi-million-dollar projects and cross-functional teams. + Experience with project financial documents and management + Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and operations, plant layout optimization, and industrial processes. + **Skills & Abilities:** + Strong leadership and team management skills. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project etc.). + Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. + Driven and independent learner + Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
