Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Project Manager to join one of their railcar manufacturing and leasing clients in Farmers Branch, TX. The Project Manager will partner with project leadership to plan and execute medium to large IT projects, including migrations of SAS products for UKG/Kronos and smaller Oracle initiatives. This role will be responsible for coordinating efforts across projects and operational teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and regulatory guidelines, leveraging best-practice principles, ITIL framework, and SDLC methodologies. The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, applying PMI best practices, and working within a formal Project Management Office. Responsibilities:  • Act as a subject matter expert in Project Management process improvement and strategic planning  • Work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors  • Exercise judgment in selecting methods techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.  • Works with leadership to determine methods and procedures on new assignments and may coordinate activities of other personnel (Team Lead)  • Lead and manage migrations of SAS products for UKG/Kronos and oversee smaller Oracle-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with organizational standards.  • Network with key contacts outside of the area of expertise.  • Assist other staff with tasks that support the success of the project/projects  • May escalate issues to supervisor/manager for resolution as deemed necessary  • Assist with various projects as assigned  • Support the culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the project team We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree required  • 3-5 years of related experience in Project Management  • Previous experience with ITIL framework  • Familiarity with the SDLC methodology  • Ability to create and present executive level reporting using a variety of data methods  • Experience facilitating meetings with local and/ or remote participants  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and strategic directions  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization. • Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or PMI Project Management (PMP) preferred  • Agile Project Management experience (SAFE, Scrum, Kanban, etc.) a plus  • Experience with PPM tools to support the planning and execution of projects a plus
