Summary: Seeking a Project Manager with PMP certification to oversee capital projects within a high-volume tire manufacturing facility.
Requirements:
5-10 years of Project Management experience in heavy manufacturing. PMP Certification (expired certification acceptable).Preferred Skills:
Experience in rubber/tire processing environments. Familiarity with Michelin Systems and departmental structures.Responsibilities:
Lead cross-functional initiatives focused on tire building operations. Drive automation and IT integrations for process optimization. Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and risks for multiple concurrent projects. Facilitate equipment procurement and vendor integrations adhering to supplier qualifications. Track KPIs using Jira dashboards and Power BI reports to ensure efficiency gains. Prepare executive summaries and bi-weekly updates for senior leadership. Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and internal governance standards.Pay Details: $54.00 to $72.00 per hour
