Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of gold and minerals processing projects. Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful execution. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, contractors, and clients to meet project objectives. Ensure strict compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards throughout all project phases. Provide regular updates to stakeholders, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies. Mentor and lead project teams including engineers, construction personnel, and support staff. What You’ll Need to Succeed Mandatory: Proven experience managing gold processing projects within the mining industry. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline. Strong project management capabilities with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
