Project Manager
Requirements

5–10 years of project management experience in engineering or construction with full life-cycle delivery.

Deep knowledge of EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction).

Knowledge of high-voltage substation delivery methods and project control systems.

Proven expertise with Primavera P6.

Hybrid schedule (3 days onsite); ability to travel up to 25%.

Preferred Skills

Electrical engineering background.

Experience integrating contract terms into schedules and producing formal schedule narratives.

Familiarity with change order workflows and time-impact analysis methods.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and present detailed Primavera P6 project schedules.

Collaborate with PMs, engineering, field superintendents, and subcontractors to capture accurate schedule inputs.

Lead time-impact analyses, support change order management, and provide schedule narratives for official correspondence.

Ensure logic accuracy, milestone tracking, and alignment of schedules with contract requirements.

Drive adoption of schedules as active project management tools across sales, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning.



Pay Details: $50.00 to $56.00 per hour
