Project Manager

What’s the role about?

We’re looking for a Project Manager to take ownership of our seasonal campaign timelines, critical path planning, and cross-functional creative workflows. Reporting into our Senior Creative Production Manager, this role plays a key part in ensuring seamless coordination between Creative, Studio, and wider teams to deliver high-quality campaigns on time and in full.

You’ll oversee the full lifecycle of seasonal campaigns, from briefing to post-production, managing workflows, and ensuring all assets are produced, reviewed, and delivered to stakeholders and partners in a timely and efficient way.

Who you are

A highly organised project manager with a strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines across concurrent campaigns and creative workstreams. Confident in building timelines and critical paths across a season, ensuring key signoffs, asset deliveries, and campaign milestones are hit. Comfortable managing a high volume of creative requests, allocating design work across a busy team using Monday.com, and ensuring clarity of ownership and deadlines. Proactive in identifying workflow bottlenecks or process improvements, always looking for ways to streamline cross-functional collaboration. A clear communicator who thrives on building relationships across Creative, Studio, Production, Partnerships, and external suppliers. Skilled at managing print and in-store campaign rollouts, with experience liaising with VM teams and suppliers to ensure timely approvals and execution. Confident working in post-production environments - styling line lists, coordinating signoffs, and managing asset delivery for partner portals. Ideally experienced in retail or fashion creative environments, where pace is high and attention to brand detail is critical.

What you’ll be doing

Own and manage the seasonal critical path, ensuring all key milestones, shoot dates, briefings, and signoffs are built into project plans. Coordinate the rollout of store campaigns and print assets, liaising with internal teams and suppliers to deliver on time and to brief. Manage post-production timelines and deliverables, ensuring content teams and partners receive the right assets at the right time. Allocate tasks across the design team, managing incoming briefs and keeping workflows visible and up to date. Work closely with the Production and Studio teams to align on campaign timelines, ensuring everything from shoots to artwork is joined up. Support brand partnership campaigns, managing internal approvals, uploading content to partner portals, and communicating feedback clearly. Maintain styled line lists post-shoot, ensuring all assets are captured, filed, and easy to access for internal teams. Play a key role in connecting creative and operational teams - driving clarity, reducing friction, and enabling great work to happen on time.
