Project Scope of Services:

The appointed Project Manager will be responsible for the overall successful delivery of the TAU installation project, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budget controls, and all stipulated DBS requirements. The scope of services includes, but is not limited to, the following:

Overall Project Management: Responsible for comprehensive project oversight, including cost control, to meet the specified deadlines and DBS requirements.

Tender Document Preparation: Preparation of tender documents based on test fit and site survey reports.

Vendor Procurement and Tender Management:

Conducting vendor procurement and tender processes in accordance with DBS requirements.

Issuance of tender documents.

Management of tender queries.

Execution of tender analysis (both cost and technical aspects).

Providing recommendations for award.

Contract Documentation: Preparation of necessary contract documentation.

On-site Coordination and Monitoring: Monitoring and coordination with vendors and branches during on-site implementation works.

Reporting:

Preparation of weekly progress reports.

Preparation of implementation reports for completed works.

Project Close-out: Project close-out and final account documentation
