Our client, a leading organization in the technology and sustainability sector, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join their dynamic team. As a Project Manager, you will support the Sustainability department, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive impactful projects that promote environmental responsibility and corporate transparency. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sustainability initiatives, aligning successfully within a diverse and inclusive organizational culture.

**Location:** Santa Clara, CA
**What's the Job?**
+ Coordinate and manage sustainability projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery aligned with organizational goals.
+ Collaborate with internal teams to collect, analyze, and report sustainability data, supporting transparency and compliance efforts.
+ Support the preparation of sustainability disclosures, including CDP and reports.
+ Assist in greenhouse gas inventory management, water, and waste data tracking, and lifecycle assessments.
+ Engage with external stakeholders and third-party auditors to verify sustainability data and improve reporting accuracy.
**What's Needed?**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
+ Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in sustainability, data management, or project coordination within a technology or manufacturing environment.
+ Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel and PowerBI, with the ability to handle large datasets.
+ Strong understanding of greenhouse gas accounting standards (e.g., GHG Protocol) and familiarity with sustainability reporting frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD, CDP).
+ Excellent project management, critical thinking, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and manage multiple priorities.
