DEVI by Danfoss part of the Accelerator division in Danfoss is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to join our team in Grodzisk Mazowiecki. 

As our new Project Manager, you'll lead a cross-functional  project Teams in an agile environment and being responsible for end to end product development lifecycle.  In this role, you'll get the chance to spearhead projects integrating mechanics, electronics, software and mobile apps. 

You will be part of a team that values networking and leveraging synergies across new product development projects. We believe in the power of collaboration to reflect on successes and challenges, driving continuous improvement. 

What You’ll Be Doing Leading the projects in an agile way to ensure efficient way of working, fast decision processes, continuous retrospective learnings and meet Time to Market objectives in a dynamic environment.   Working cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain and Sales to drive the project forward.   Facilitating and leading effective communication towards key stakeholders.  Leading the project Team of colleagues and ensuring motivation and high performance through Indirect and Situational leadership.  Creating and managing project plans, follow-up and coordinating activities within the project team.  What We're Looking For At least bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably within electronic and software or equivalent.   A few years of experience from a similar position, or as people manager.  Several years of project leadership experience in a complex multi-project environment. Ability to communicate effortlessly in English in writing and speaking.  Experience working in an agile environment with continuously learning and adjusting to meet the project objectives. Strong prior exposure to project process, project quality, continuous improvement and optimization.

A background with electronic controllers and thermostat will be considered as a clear advantage.
