The Project Manager will work with NCR and customer resources to perform project reviews, accomplish the tasks defined in the project plan, manage day-to-day project activities, and serve as NCR's single point of contact with the customer. + Ensure projects are completed on-time, within budget, and within customer expectations of quality and functionality + Prepare and maintain a detailed project schedule and play a lead role in scoping, planning, costing, and pricing projects; responsible for statement of work development and risk assessment + Manage customer acceptance of the solution, ensuring customer expectations stay in line with the agreed statement of work; taking the lead in working through all issues and action items + Coordinate the establishment of a project environment that includes preparing and maintaining a roles/responsibility matrix, personnel plan and resource schedule for each project member. + Measure, track, evaluate and communicate progress against the Project schedule using project reports including project financials and project reporting compliance. + Author a weekly status report that is distributed and reviewed each week with the end user (Customer) in status meetings. + Tool usage will include but is not limited to MS Project, PSA, Excel and MS Word and will be executed using standard NCR formats and templates + Ensure execution and accuracy of monthly forecasts, billings along with the managing procurement and payment of contractors **Basic Qualifications** + Banking application experience a must + Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience + 0-2 years of project management experience + Experience at working effectively in challenging solution implementation environments + Experience managing complex, technology projects + Banking operations experience – specifically in payment processing is a plus + Innovative and Resourceful. Develops new approaches for situations in which standard approaches do not apply. + Adaptable - Adjusts to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change.
