Job Description We are seeking a seasoned IT Project Manager with deep expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) to lead complex, enterprise-wide technology initiatives. This role provides ongoing leadership and direction to assigned teams, ensuring timely and high-quality project execution. The ideal candidate will be recognized for their ability to accelerate timelines, foster cross-functional collaboration, and deliver strategic solutions that meet business and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities:  · Provide formalized, ongoing work direction and leadership to project teams, ensuring effective execution and delivery of IT initiatives.  · Oversee employee development, coaching, and performance management to build high-performing teams.  · Plan, manage, and direct the installation and implementation of IT projects, particularly those impacting multiple business areas.  · Lead large-scale IAM initiatives, including Active Directory and enterprise infrastructure upgrades or migrations.  · Collaborate with development, security, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to align project goals with organizational strategy.  · Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal security policies throughout project lifecycles.  · Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.  · Monitor project progress, manage budgets, and report on key performance indicators to senior leadership. Skills and Requirements · Proven experience managing complex IT projects, particularly in IAM and enterprise infrastructure.  · Strong understanding of Active Directory, identity governance, access provisioning, and authentication protocols. · PMP, CISSP, or equivalent certification.  · Experience with cloud-based IAM platforms (e.g., Azure AD, Okta). Familiarity with regulatory compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, HIPAA, GDPR).
