This position requires nationwide travel (not limited to PA). Candidates will receive a per diem during travel and are eligible for a bonus structure based on successful project completion, which varies per project.

Required Skills:

3 to 5 years of project management experience Excellent organizational and communication skills Strong site management capabilities Basic mechanical knowledge Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel CAD experience and knowledge Ability to travel nationally and safely lift objects up to 30 lbs Reliable, punctual, and hardworking with a professional attitude

Nice to Have Skills:

Technical background in mechanical or electrical fields Metal fabrication experience Proficiency with CAD/SolidWorks

Preferred Education and Experience:

Relevant certifications or degrees in mechanical, electrical, or related fields Experience in metal fabrication (training available to bridge gaps)
