**Overview**

**SOSi** is seeking a seasoned and driven **Project Manager** to join a dynamic, multidisciplinary team supporting a high-profile government contract. Based in the **Western Pacific** , you’ll serve as a critical liaison between **USINDOPACOM** and Coalition partners—translating strategic vision into operational success.

**Essential Job Duties**
+ Engage and coordinate with strategic and operational U.S. service component headquarters and coalition partners, primarily within Japan and Korea but elsewhere as needed.
+ Identify and understand service component and country-specific requirements for digitally communicating, collaborating, planning, and operating with Pacific coalition partners.
+ Serve as the in-country liaison for INDOPACOM J6 to engage with Japanese partners and support leadership travel and partner VIP engagements.
+ Understand INDOPACOM strategic alliance initiatives from a command-and-control perspective to provide strategic, partner-specific insight to advise leadership at both INDOPACOM and other supported partners.
+ Work closely with government and contract technical leads to understand historic, current, and future enterprise capabilities, services, configurations, and constraints.
+ Advise on service component/partner technical initiatives that may enhance or diverge from current and future INDOPACOM strategies and/or initiatives.
+ Understand security-based limitations of deploying IT solutions based on partner-specific policies/procedures/methodologies.
+ Support INDOPACOM theater exercises executed in Japan and Korea.
+ Anticipate future requirements by service components and coalition partners through understanding of INDOPACOM enumerated plans.
+ Identify issues, gaps, etc. within plans and/or exercises where support is/may be needed.
+ Simultaneously manage multiple projects (customer and internal) of varying complexity spanning locations and teams throughout the Pacific Theater.
+ Lead project meetings, technical discussions, and briefings with customers, executive management, internal teams, and other various stakeholders.
+ Develop and maintain project plan and work packages for project milestones at varying classification levels, communicating accomplishments, events, issues, and risks.
+ Evaluate designated activities during Joint and Combined training and exercise events, interoperability workshops, tabletop exercises, and senior leader seminars.
**Minimum Requirements**
+ An Active in-scope TOP SECRET clearance with SCI eligibility.
+ Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, or a related technical field; OR equivalent experience.
+ Minimum 10 years of IT experience, with at least 7 years in a coalition environment.
+ Experience working with or for government agencies or in a DoD government contracting environment.
+ Strong understanding of systems engineering, project management, and lifecycle development.
+ Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills.
+ Able to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.
+ Customer-service oriented with a willingness to participate and assist.
+ Comprehensive knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in IT solutions implementation, administration, troubleshooting and support.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Military experience within the Pacific theatre.
+ Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or other cyber-related certifications.
**Work Environment**
+ Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
+ Requires periods of non-traditional hours including consecutive nights or weekends when necessary.
+ Fast paced, deadline-oriented environment.
+ Occasional travel may be required, both domestically and internationally, to visit project sites or other locations as needed.
