Job Description Insight Global is looking for a skilled Project Manager to oversee the Cryoablation Sustaining team with one of our top Medical Device Clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within an engineering field, and experience in the medical device or highly regulated industry. This role requires strong communication skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams globally. This candidate will be responsible for the task management of projects within electromechanics, capital equipment, or single use devices. There is no travel within this role but this individual will be coordinating with engineers and vendors on a global scale. This candidate will be working closely with electrical engineers, and systems engineers, to achieve project goals. This candidate will Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring successful project delivery and priority. Along with Estimating, organizing, and monitor resource allocations, and budgets. Skills and Requirements • Bachelor’s degree science or technical  • Minimum of 1 years project management or technical lead experience  • Minimum of 3 years engineering experience   ○ Electromechanical capital equipment and single-use device preferred, with either one as a minimum   ○ Software, electrical, printed circuit board assembly, and/or systems engineering experience a plus.  • Proficient with MS Project or other project tracking software, and other MS applications Plusses:  • Experience in med device or regulated industry  • Demonstrated ability to distill complex in issues into high-level summaries.  • Demonstrated ability to estimate, organize, and monitor resource allocations, budgets, and milestones.  • Demonstrated ability to recognize risks and develop mitigations.  • PMP certification is a plus  • Experience leading cross-functional teams spanning the entire org. structure is a plus  • Experience leading remote teams is a plus  • Experience working with global teams is a plus  • This role requires leading a variety of project types and an individual with initiative.
