Responsibilities:
Implement and support project management processes across multiple projects
Establish and maintain project performance metrics and measures
Promote adoption and continuous improvement of standard project management practices
Facilitate project planning sessions and support project initiation
Ensure timely completion of post-project reviews
Contribute to portfolio and project status reporting
Implement and support project management and team collaboration technologies
Support integration and process improvement initiatives within regulated environments
Collaborate with medical affairs and education functions to align project objectives
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Project Management, Business, or related field
Minimum 6 years of experience in project management
Experience in process improvement or integration projects
Background in regulated industries
Preferred Skills:
Experience supporting medical affairs and education initiatives
Strong knowledge of project portfolio management and reporting tools
Familiarity with project management technologies and collaboration platforms
Pay Details: $45.00 to $50.00 per hour
