We have studios and offices across the globe. **Who You Are** You’re an experienced project manager who keeps creative work moving forward. You’re organized, steady under pressure, and know how to keep a cross-functional team focused when things get hectic. You run meetings that matter, build timelines people can follow, and track details without losing the bigger objectives. You manage partner expectations and champion the creative team and shelter them from distractions. You’ve worked in marketing or creative production—ideally in games, entertainment, and advertising, and you understand the pace and rhythm of creative teams. You hold a PMP and CSM, and you know what counts most is that you can shift between Agile, Waterfall, or a mix of both to keep things on track. **The Job** As a **Project Manager** , you’ll keep the Creative Services team on track. You’ll run standups, plan work, build timelines, and make sure projects move smoothly from kickoff through delivery. You’ll be the one who clears roadblocks, sets up workflows, and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks. You are the lifeline of the creative team and set the rhythm of our operations. You’ll report directly to the **Sr. Director of Creative Operations & Production** , and work closely with our creative director, art directors and other project manager to deliver projects on time and at a high standard. This role **The Daily** + Lead daily/weekly meetings, set goals, track progress, call out blockers, and follow up to get them resolved. + Build weekly task lists, set priorities, and make sure dependencies are handled. + Track progress, flag when work is ready for review, schedule review sessions, and follow through on action items. + Create timelines and workflows in **Asana** (or similar tools) to keep projects organized and consistent. + Pitch in where needed to support Creative Services projects. **The Essentials** **HARD SKILLS** + **Certifications:** PMP required. CSM or Lean Six Sigma are a plus. + **Tools:** Strong with Asana. + **Creative Workflow:** Understands how design, social, digital, paid media, and brand campaigns get made. + **Planning:** Builds realistic timelines that cover dependencies. + **Process:** Creates workflows that can be reused across campaigns. + **Budget:** Tracks spend, compares against projections, and reports results. + **Reporting:** Builds clear dashboards and progress updates. + **Cross-Team:** Works easily with marketing, UA, brand, and production teams. + **Change:** Adjusts plans quickly when priorities shift. + **Software:** Comfortable in MS Office and Google Workspace; bonus if you can handle Adobe Creative Suite files. **SOFT SKILLS** + **Communicator:** Explains things simply and follows through. + **Organized:** Manages multiple projects without dropping details. + **Problem-Solver:** Spots issues early and can fix them fast. + **Calm:** Steady when deadlines are tight or things change. + **Collaborative:** Works well with creative teams while keeping projects moving. + **Detail-Focused:** Catches small things that matter. + **Adaptable:** Pivots quickly when plans change. + **Mentor:** Shares knowledge and supports teammates. + **Player:** Passion for games and entertainment; knows how content creative connects with fans. + **Self-Starter:** Takes initiative without being asked. **How We Get Things Done…** This last bit is probably the most important! Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $66,500.00 - $123,500.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
