We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to take ownership of planning, directing, and executing all phases of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and startup for a new Drug Product Manufacturing Facility.
ResponsibilitiesDrive project excellence by developing and implementing innovative project execution strategies, leveraging Lean Project Delivery methodologies and modular construction techniques to ensure timely, on-budget delivery of critical assets.Lead a multidisciplinary project team including internal stakeholders, external contractors, architects/engineers, and equipment suppliers to achieve seamless project integration.Maintain clear, proactive communication with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and financials to ensure alignment and transparency.Uphold rigorous quality, safety, and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring the facility meets all pharmaceutical manufacturing requirements.Champion innovation and continuous improvement by applying best practices and emerging technologies to optimize project outcomes.

Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Management, or related engineering discipline. Equivalent experience or other engineering degrees considered.Minimum 5 years of project management experience leading complex capital projects, with a strong focus on MEP systems in pharmaceutical or highly regulated manufacturing environments.Deep understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems design, installation, and startup, preferably within drug product manufacturing facilities.Experience with Lean Project Delivery methodologies such as target value design and pull planning.Familiarity with modular design and lean project management certification.Background in Animal Health or pharmaceutical manufacturing.Knowledge of USDA and cGMP regulatory requirements.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $61.00/hr.
