Project Manager

This role typically requires 5+ years of relevant experience in engineering-based project management, with a strong focus on product development in the automotive and electrical engineering domains. The Product Development Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering engineering projects from concept to completion.

This includes:

Designing and implementing operational plans for infrastructure, equipment, and systems.Preparing specifications, schedules, cost estimates, and project controls.Managing production, transportation, installation, testing, and commissioning activities.Monitoring progress and resolving operational issues to minimize delays and ensure quality.Identifying and securing resources including materials, equipment, staff, and contractors.Developing engineering standards, budgets, and forecasts.Key ResponsibilitiesLead projects or subprojects of moderate complexity within a broader program or portfolio.Define and manage scope, cost, schedule, quality, and risk to meet project objectives.Work independently with limited supervision.Provide coaching and oversight to junior team members.Tackle complex and challenging problems with strategic solutions.May hold a Project Management certification and support more complex initiatives under a lead PM.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $42.00/hr.
