In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

- Interact with global customers, suppliers & Pall internal teams including travelling opportunities to develop / enhance your project management skills

- Would have the opportunity to handle / develop skills around SAP PS ERP & scheduling tools (like MS Project) during the execution.

- Learn by adhering to Global Quality Management Systems (QMS) based on ISO 9001

- Learn tools by actual execution & trainings to handle multiple / large project management (eg. Visual PM), Problem solving, Kaizen’s, Negotiation skills & more.

The essential requirements of the job include:

- B.E/B.Tech (Mechanical or equivalent) with Project Management experience handling multiple projects of a minimum of 7-10 years.

- Team player with ability to solve complex problems, exercise judgement based on analysis of multiple sources of information & quick decision making.

- Strong communication skills to manage multiple customers, vendors, coordinate with internal functions for successful delivery of the projects, on time, on budget and to the quality standards expected by our customers per QMS.

- MS Project / MS Power Point / Scheduling skills to prepare schedules, project progress reports, costing reports, Minutes of Meetings & presentations as needed to clients / management from time to time.

- Experience with EPC clients in the Oil & Gas or Petroleum industry, as well as a basic understanding of pressure vessel fabrication and testing methods (NDE) is required.   

- The role involves travel (10 to 20%), it would be good to have a valid passport as well as driving license.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

- Project Management experience involving EPC clients & a PMP certification (PMP is not mandatory).

- Handling tools like SAP PS, MS Projects (or scheduling tools)

- Basic knowledge of Pressure vessels fabrication & testing
