Key ResponsibilitiesLead real estate and construction projects as an owner’s representative, managing planning, design, construction, and closeout phases.Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.Supervise on-site construction activities and ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.Manage contractors and subcontractors to maintain timelines and quality standards.Develop and monitor budgets, perform cost estimations, and prepare financial reports.Navigate permitting and zoning regulations across local, state, and federal levels.Proactively identify and resolve project issues to maintain momentum.Communicate professionally and maintain thorough documentation.Use project management tools such as MS Project, Procore, and Smartsheet; familiarity with BIM is preferred.Be present on-site during active construction phases.Qualifications5–7 years of project management experience in real estate or construction.Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and regulatory compliance.Proficiency in budgeting, cost estimation, and financial tracking.Knowledge of permitting and zoning regulations.Proven ability to manage diverse stakeholders.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Why Join UsSupportive, inclusive, and empowering company culture.Management that values autonomy and employee contributions.Family-friendly atmosphere with social events and community engagement.Opportunity to work on meaningful projects in a nuclear power plant environment.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $65.00/hr.
