Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee the implementation and retirement of laboratory equipment in a pharmaceutical manufacturing setting. This role requires a strong understanding of lab operations and instrumentation, along with experience in project coordination and technical documentation. The ideal candidate will have experience in laboratory science and be comfortable managing cross-functional initiatives in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage implementation plans for new lab instruments and equipmentWrite, revise, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)Lead validation and qualification processes for new equipmentCreate and manage change orders in accordance with regulatory standardsOversee technical writing and documentation for equipment and processesCoordinate installation and decommissioning of lab equipmentCollaborate with lab staff, quality assurance, and engineering teams to ensure seamless execution

Required Skills

Bachelor degree in related fieldValidation and equipment qualificationFamiliarity with general lab instrumentationProject management and coordinationTechnical writing and SOP developmentUnderstanding of laboratory workflows and healthcare complianceExperience with change control processesStrong organizational and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Laboratory knowledge or hands-on experience with lab equipmentAbility to troubleshoot and support equipment setupExperience working in a regulated healthcare or pharmaceutical environmentComfortable managing multiple projects and timelines

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $45.00/hr.
