Professional and trained Program Manager. The Program Manager will be provided with workspace in the CBP Warehouse, and will be expected to travel to locations as needed to manage the services outlines in this SOW. When the Program Manager is absent, an alternate or back up shall be designated and communicated to the COR with at least one (1) week notice in advance. The Program Manager shall be responsible for overseeing all planning and work execution functions as well as the supervision of all Contractor personnel.
The Program Manager shall be responsible for the Contractor’s weekly schedule and Monthly Status Report. The Program Manager shall be able to schedule and maintain schedules for distribution of all work, and it shall be available at COR’s request.

**Responsibilities**
+ Manages the day-to-day activities for a moderately complex Technical or non-Technical project.
+ Manages the administrative/operational leadership of a project within the program guidelines set by the Program Manager and customer.
+ Monitors project to ensure work scope, schedule, and budget are well defined and maintained.
+ Provides the coordination between resource managers/supervisors and ensures all necessary reviews and approvals are received.
+ May conduct performance/project analyses to benefit future/other projects/missions/programs.
+ Comprehensive knowledge of the field's concepts and principles. Leads and directs the work of other employees and has full authority for personnel decisions.
+ Administers departmental policies and procedures, evaluates results and performance, and assists with the development of new or modified budgets, strategic plans, or policies.
+ Typically requires BA and 5-7 years.
**Qualifications**
+ An Active adjudicated CBP Background Investigation.
+ Most have at least ten (10) years of consistent experience in management of personnel, moves and warehousing.
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ Able to read and understand furniture drawings
+ Able to coordinate activities with various Government Project Management staff and other contractors/vendors.
+ Able to provide all deliverables outlined in the
