Nemean has an opening for a Project Manager (PM) in San Antonio, TX. This is a full-time position, contingent upon contract award.

  

Duties: The Project Manager will:

Manage all contractual personnel, transportation, supervision, and other items and non-personal services. Full authority to act for the contractor company on all task order matters relating to daily operations of this task order.In Person – this is NOT a remote job.  Requirements

 Travel:

Minimum travel required.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree, subject immaterial.Possess background and experience with Military training and training support.Graduate of CGSC or ILE (MEL 4), Senior NCOES or equivalent, Senior Service College, or equivalent military or DoD Civilian schooling.Three (3) years of management experience over a large military contract within the last ten (10) years.Provides in-depth knowledge of training simulators, and constructive simulations and gaming experience.Minimum eight (8) years of experience on a US Military staff as a Senior Leader (Division or higher), or equivalent FA57 assignment.Background in training management.Five years of experience with military simulations within the last fifteen years.Minimum of ten (10) years of supervisory experience.Current Secret clearance.

Desired Qualifications:

Master’s degree in management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related discipline.Ten years’ experience in Army Simulations.Familiarity with US Army training aids, devices, simulators, and simulations (TADSS) and command and control information systems (C2IS).Possess a TOP SECRET clearance.
