Managing relationships with vendors, coordinating with them throughout the project lifecycle, and ensuring they fulfil their contractual obligations. Identifying potential risks associated with contracts, developing mitigation strategies, and escalating issues to relevant stakeholders. Maintaining clear and consistent communication with project teams, stakeholders, and vendors regarding project related matters. Ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders, both verbally and in writing. Understanding of project management methodologies, including planning, execution, and monitoring. Ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with deadlines. Experience in the specific industry or field relevant to the projects being managed. Understanding of relevant legal and regulatory frameworks related to contract law and compliance.
