Our downtown Cleveland-based real estate company is seeking a Project Manager to oversee key development initiatives from pre-acquisition through execution. This hybrid role is ideal for a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and brings strong experience in managing complex real estate projects.

What You'll DoLead real estate projects from due diligence through execution using Smartsheet and CRM toolsCoordinate with internal teams, developer partners, consultants, and municipalitiesMonitor timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure alignment with goalsTrack documents and ensure compliance with internal standardsSupport Investment Committee prep, market research, and draw request submissionsManage public incentive reimbursements and assist in construction schedulingIdentify risks early and develop creative solutions to keep projects on track What You Bring3+ years of project management experience (real estate preferred)Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, legal studies, or related field preferredStrong communication, organization, and multitasking skillsComfortable using project management and document tracking tools (Smartsheet, Microsoft Office, CRMs)Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and AI platforms a plusAssertive, detail-oriented, and comfortable leading cross-functional collaborationPMP certification a plus
